haiku of christian virtues

I. FAITH

A plover bird
enjoys its meal of the day
picking the gator's teeth.


II. HOPE

A sunflower
bows under the moonlight
anticipating the dawn.


III. CHARITY

A leaf
gnawed by a caterpillar
hosts its cocoon.
